Fortifiers Dials

Dials brings supported workspace calling and messaging controls into the dashboard. Available actions depend on the connected provider, phone-line setup, permissions, and workspace plan.

Dialpad

Start a call through an available workspace telephony route. Browser, phone-bridge, provider, and permission requirements depend on the configured setup.

Call History

Review call records received and stored by the connected provider. Coverage depends on provider callbacks and workspace configuration.

SMS Threads

Use supported message threads when a workspace sender number and the required contact permissions are configured.

Campaigns

Prepare or activate calling campaigns through the available controls. Campaign activation and each outbound contact are subject to consent, suppression, and provider checks.

Floating Widget

Some dashboard views include a compact Dials widget. Its controls and call state depend on the current page and connected telephony session.

Provisioning

Phone-line availability and setup steps depend on the workspace plan and telephony provider. Confirm provider readiness before placing a call or sending a message.

How Phone Bridge works

Some configurations use a phone-bridge flow that calls a verified device and then connects the destination. Caller ID, routing, and call quality depend on the provider and line configuration; verify those details before contacting customers.

Before you start

Outbound calls and messages require a configured provider, an eligible sender line, and the relevant contact permission. Follow the setup state shown in your workspace and review consent and suppression before initiating outreach.
