Account Setup

Configure your Fortifiers account for optimal performance.

Creating Your Account

  1. Visit fortifiers.app/sign-up
  2. Enter your work email address
  3. Choose a strong password
  4. Verify your email address

Company Profile

Set up your company information to enable branded quotes:

  • Company Name: Appears on all generated quotes
  • Logo: Upload a high-resolution PNG or SVG (recommended: 500x500px)
  • Business Address: Used for invoice generation
  • Tax ID: Optional, for compliance purposes

Team Members

Invite team members and assign roles:

  • Admin: Full access to all features and settings
  • Manager: Can approve quotes and manage workflows
  • User: Can upload documents and generate quotes
  • Viewer: Read-only access to quotes and documents

Billing Setup

Configure your payment method:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Billing
  2. Add a credit card or set up ACH transfer
  3. Choose your subscription plan (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise)

API Keys (Optional)

If you plan to integrate Fortifiers with your existing systems:

  1. Go to Settings → API
  2. Click "Generate New API Key"
  3. Copy and store your key securely (it won't be shown again)
  4. Use the API key in your HTTP requests as: Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY

Quote Templates

Customize the appearance of generated quotes:

  • Upload custom header/footer images
  • Set default payment terms
  • Configure tax rates
  • Add custom fields

Extraction Rules

Fine-tune how Fortifiers extracts data from your specific document types:

  • Define custom field mappings
  • Set validation rules
  • Configure confidence thresholds
