Core concept
One customer identity across the work
A lead, quote, job, and task can reference the same canonical contact. Editing that contact updates the customer details used by linked work and keeps outreach history in one place.
Create related work
Open a lead, quote, job, or task and select Create related. Fortifiers previews the information it will inherit before creating a linked quote, job, or task. Approved quote line items become job checklist items, and every resulting record links back to its source and shared contact.
Suggested relationships
Related Work compares normalized email and phone identifiers, then uses contact name, company, address, and business email context to find probable disconnected records. Every suggestion shows its evidence and confidence. Exact, non-conflicting matches are marked clearly; fuzzy matches always require review. Choose Link records, inspect the candidate, or select Not a match to dismiss it on both records permanently.
Fortifiers Mail
Open a pre-addressed Fortifiers composer. A sent interaction is recorded only after the provider accepts the message.
Fortifiers SMS
Open the Fortifiers SMS conversation with the contact and linked work context already attached.
Truthful timeline
First outreach, last completed contact, last conversation, calls, emails, and texts remain distinct.
Contacts and suggestions are tenant-scoped. Exact identifiers resolve automatically during normal record creation. Probable matches never merge without a user choosing Link records, and conflicting non-empty email or phone values are always flagged for review.
