Dynamic Vertical Trade Pages
Launched purpose-built landing pages for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Roofing contractors at /solutions. Each vertical page features a live Software Cost Consolidation calculator, an interactive Decision Loop walkthrough showing how Frank, Freya, Felix, and Job Dispatch handle trade-specific workflows, and a trade terminology safeguards section. The demo page now reads a vertical URL parameter and renders trade-personalized simulations.
Fortifiers Dials Production Hardening
Removed browser-based softphone simulation from Dials and the floating call widget, defaulting all calls to Phone Bridge mode through the user's cell. Added provisioning lockout guards that direct users to set up a phone line before accessing the dialer or SMS. Wired the End Call and Mute buttons to real Twilio REST API endpoints with full backend test coverage.
Fortifiers Dials Command Center
Introduced the Fortifiers Dials telephony command center with a full-featured dialpad, searchable call history with duration and status tracking, threaded SMS conversations, and an autodialer queue for power-dial outreach campaigns. Added an omnipresent floating call widget accessible from any dashboard page, with real-time call state, DTMF input, and quick-access contact actions.
Voice Intake Guardrails
Added intelligent conversation completeness detection to Voice Studio. AI phone agents now only transfer intake data to the chat companion when the caller has provided enough actionable information, preventing incomplete or abandoned calls from generating noise in the workflow.
Chat Deletion & Notification Improvements
Added instant one-tap chat deletion on hover and long-press with separated touch targets. Chat titles are now automatically inferred from the first message. Introduced auto-clearing chat notifications and enforced project-level tier limits for chat history.
Chat Prompt Polish
Fixed trash prompt display to show on first press with un-nested modal placement. Improved instant one-tap open and delete interactions with properly separated touch targets for mobile and desktop.
Connected Workflows
Added a universal Related Work experience across leads, quotes, jobs, and tasks. Users can preview inherited customer and scope context, create linked work, and ask Frank to perform the same safe operation. Related Work now also identifies disconnected records through explainable exact and probable contact matches, highlights conflicting identifiers, and provides persistent Link, Review, and Not a match actions. Quote-to-job conversion remains approval-gated, duplicate-protected, tenant-validated, and audited.
Shared Contact Operations & Frank
Connected leads, quotes, jobs, and tasks to one canonical customer record and truthful communication timeline. Added external call handoff, Fortifiers Mail and SMS quick actions, manual lead creation, persisted task and job column ordering, an Overview lead count, and Frank—the tenant-safe operations agent for records, custom fields, playbook drafts, and approval-gated automation drafts. Team mode now coordinates Freya, Felix, and Frank by specialty.
Fortifiers Prospector on the Chrome Web Store
Published the verified Fortifiers Prospector extension for one-click Chrome installation and automatic browser updates. Dashboard Settings now links directly to the official listing, keeps manual installation secondary, and includes a guided install-and-connect workflow.
Least-Privilege Google Workspace Access
Replaced broad Gmail IMAP authorization with the read-only Gmail API for Connected Inbox monitoring. Google permissions now match the exact user-facing features, and disconnecting Gmail revokes the associated Google token.
Lead Workspace & Google Sheets Import
Made the saved Lead List the primary CRM workspace with persistent filters and collapsible discovery tools. Added tenant-safe CSV and JSON import/export, read-only Google Sheets connection and import, responsive lead actions, and compact metrics controls across Jobs and Quotes.
Native Browser Spelling & Legal Trust Center
Added browser and operating-system spelling assistance to eligible Fortifiers prose fields, including native desktop corrections and mobile keyboard suggestions. Dashboard Settings now provides independent Fortifiers-suggestion and browser-spelling controls with Canadian, US, and UK English hints. Added a canonical legal-document hub and redirected legacy privacy and terms URLs to their current policies.
Reliable Reddit Prospecting
Replaced blocked public Reddit JSON scraping with a company-managed OAuth Data API integration. Prospector now searches Reddit-wide for general buying intent, supports configured communities, and reports source access failures directly instead of presenting blocked searches as legitimate zero-result searches.
Private Writing Assistance & Smarter Intake
Introduced Fortifiers Writing Assist across dashboard data-entry surfaces, including task rich-text descriptions. Its offline spelling engine now detects ordinary typos beyond the initial correction list, while the compact field badge counts improvements and provides clear no-issues or unavailable results. Added accept, dismiss and undo controls, a persistent Settings toggle, and schema-aware correction while protecting credentials, contact values, financial fields, dates, IDs and URLs.
Playbooks & Interactive Automations
Launched the completely interactive Automation Visual Builder for drag-and-drop workflow configuration. Introduced the Companion Capture and Playbooks system with auto-saving, rich-text editing, and modal interfaces. Refactored Process Analytics to deeply track Quoting, Operations, Tasks, and Handover leakage.
Unified Chat & Picture-in-Picture
Completely refreshed the dashboard interface and introduced Unified Chat. Added Browser Picture-in-Picture (PiP) Chat capabilities, enabling persistent agent access across the entire app. Released the standalone Email Template Studio and Chat Media Sticky Notes.
Voice Studio & AI Phone System
Launched Voice Studio with real Twilio phone number provisioning, AI-powered IVR call routing, and three agent personas — Frank, Freya, and Felix — each with configurable neural voices, custom spoken greetings, and speech calibration controls. Calls are answered by AI agents that extract structured scope, contact, and scheduling details from live conversations. Includes multi-tenant phone line architecture with zero-leakage routing, team member number assignment, SMS confirmation, and Stripe monthly add-on billing.
Global Referencing & Advanced Tasks
Implemented a global entity referencing system and advanced task comments with inline @mentions and email notifications. Added multi-assignee support for tasks and native OAuth token handoff for the Desktop App.
Frank Voice Agent
Frank now speaks with a premium neural voice during voice intake, supports multi-turn state retention across conversation turns, and orchestrates Freya and Felix when a caller's request crosses domains. Added open-source edge-TTS text-to-speech, mobile audio unlock, and tap-to-hear controls. Voice intake automatically creates lead records and completes the full demand capture loop hands-free.
Platform Notifications & Mobile Responsiveness
Added platform-wide in-app notifications for jobs, tasks, leads, and payments with real-time badge counts and auto-clearing read state. Shipped dashboard-wide mobile responsiveness with container flattening, visual density refactoring, and touch-optimized layouts across every dashboard page.
Connected Email Inbox & Fortifiers Mail
Added Gmail and Outlook Connected Inbox monitoring with keyword-matched email sync, direction filters, and manual history sync. Introduced the in-context Fortifiers Mail composer for sending emails directly from lead, quote, and job records. Emails are parsed by AI to extract project scope, contact details, and intent for lead qualification.
AI Meeting Transcription & Prospector Engine
Wired real Gemini Flash multimodal audio and video transcription to the Meetings feature, generating executive summaries and extractable action items from recorded calls and site walks. Launched the Fortifiers Prospector engine with open-source local business search, deep web crawling, and email permutation for outbound lead discovery.
Lead Intelligence UI & Connective Tunnels
Introduced auto-saving configurations for the AI Prospector, interactive Lead Preview Modals with full deep-linking for Facebook sources, and resolved deeply nested cross-origin constraints across the backend tunnels. Revamped Chat UI with a premium liquid glass aesthetic.
