Inviting Users
- Navigate to Settings → Team
- Click "Invite Team Member"
- Enter their email address
- Select a role
- Click "Send Invitation"

Admin
Full access to all features and settings.
- Invite/remove members
- Manage billing
- Configure workflows
- View audit logs
- Access all data
Manager
Can manage workflows and approve quotes.
- Approve/reject quotes
- View team metrics
- Create workflows
- Access team docs
- No billing access
User
Standard user with document processing capabilities.
- Upload documents
- Generate quotes
- View own history
- Chat with Freya
- No settings access
Managing Existing Users
Changing Roles
- Go to Settings → Team
- Click the dropdown next to a user's name
- Select the new role
- Confirm the change
Deactivating Users
Deactivated users retain access to historical data but cannot log in.
- Click the three dots next to a user
- Select "Deactivate User"
- Confirm the action
SSO Integration
EnterpriseEnterprise customers can enable Single Sign-On with identity providers:
