Manage team members, roles, and permissions.

Inviting Users

  1. Navigate to Settings → Team
  2. Click "Invite Team Member"
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select a role
  5. Click "Send Invitation"

User Roles

Admin

Full access to all features and settings.

  • Invite/remove members
  • Manage billing
  • Configure workflows
  • View audit logs
  • Access all data

Manager

Can manage workflows and approve quotes.

  • Approve/reject quotes
  • View team metrics
  • Create workflows
  • Access team docs
  • No billing access

User

Standard user with document processing capabilities.

  • Upload documents
  • Generate quotes
  • View own history
  • Chat with Freya
  • No settings access

Managing Existing Users

Changing Roles

  1. Go to Settings → Team
  2. Click the dropdown next to a user's name
  3. Select the new role
  4. Confirm the change

Deactivating Users

Deactivated users retain access to historical data but cannot log in.

  1. Click the three dots next to a user
  2. Select "Deactivate User"
  3. Confirm the action

SSO Integration

Enterprise

Enterprise customers can enable Single Sign-On with identity providers:

Setup Steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Security
  2. Click "Configure SSO"
  3. Choose your identity provider
  4. Follow the provider-specific setup guide
