Visual Builder
Use the drag-and-drop Automation Visual Builder to create workflows without code. Connect triggers (lead created, quote approved, job completed) to actions (send email, create task, update status).
Available triggers
The current workspace shows the event triggers available to its plan and configuration. Do not assume every business event can be used in every workspace.
Available actions
The registered action catalog and current workspace settings determine which actions can run. External messages, calls, and provider operations require the applicable setup, permission checks, and review.
Design guidance
Use narrow trigger conditions, avoid irreversible actions without review, and keep an owner responsible for each automation.
